Forever apart is an ongoing project with the aim to raise questions about our relationship to wild animals. About our unrequited love. And about our desire for closeness with nature.

But we are forever separated. The very premise of our existence is that we do not meet. We are the subjects and we make the animals into objects, things to watch, while the world that they really belong to is reduced, bit by bit.

So we keep looking. And they try to accept the artificial world in which we have placed them.

More of what I was talking about yesterday.
